The philosophy

One of the oldest healing systems

Ayurveda integrates manual therapies, nutritional strategies, lifestyle modification and traditional herbal remedies to harmonise the elemental forces within the body.

Spanning more than 5,000 years, Ayurvedic Medicine remains among the oldest healing systems. Its hallmark lies in the focus on creating harmony between an individual's distinct constitution and the natural rhythms of the world.

By integrating manual therapies, nutritional strategies, lifestyle modifications, and traditional herbal remedies, Ayurvedic Medicine seeks to harmonize elemental forces within the body, promoting comprehensive well-being.

Empirical evidence substantiates the effectiveness of Ayurvedic treatments in addressing diverse conditions including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, migraines, Type 2 diabetes, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, and more.

Activating these points rebalances energy flow, reduces pain and inflammation, and induces a sense of calm. This natural, non-invasive technique is proven effective for conditions like anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Whether enhancing overall health or targeting specific concerns, Auriculotherapy at Synergy brings transformative benefits. Experience it for yourself.

The Ayurvedic view

Nothing has more power to heal the body than the mind itself.

Ayurvedic principle
Ayurvedic medicine

Vata · Pitta · Kapha

The three body states

Ayurvedic texts describe the human body through three states. Weather, diet, emotions, relationships and lifestyle can each tip the balance.

01Vata
Air and ether — the elements that give us movement and activity.
02Pitta
Fire and water — responsible for heat, appetite and digestion.
03Kapha
Earth and water — responsible for structure, water and the body’s other fluids.
04Balance
When the three states sit in harmony there is health; imbalance is where disease begins.
